Our program is for graduates from a variety of disciplines seeking to advance their leadership and management skills using key and emerging insights from psychological science.

This program will:

What you will study

We offer you a specialised program that challenges your approach to leadership. It will enhance your ability to think from a business psychology perspective.

You will develop an understanding of business psychology. You will learn how this can be applied in people management to enhance business outcomes. You will learn, understand and apply specialised theoretical management frameworks and advanced business skills. These skills are transferable to all areas of business and human resources.
