Change your campus

It is possible for students to change the campus of study; however the process varies by program and type of student.

Domestic Undergraduate Domestic Postgraduate Coursework International

Domestic Undergraduate

To stay in the same program but change campus, most students can complete this process in myHub.

There are some exceptions:

Bachelor of Medical Science/ Doctor of Medicine (Joint Medical Program) or Bachelor of Midwifery – apply via UAC.
Bachelor of Nursing - Instructions on how to submit a request to change campus for the Bachelor of Nursing can be found in AskUoN.

How to change campus

Log in to myHub, then select Academic Records
Select Change Campus
Choose the new campus from the drop-down menu
Submit change.

You can change your campus of study via myHub from the end of the exam period of the current term through to the end of the first week of the next semester.

International

How to apply

Complete the form below by the closing date.
All applications will be reviewed, and outcomes will start to be sent by email from the advertised date.

If your application to internal transfer/change program is successful, you will receive an offer for the target program. You must return your signed offer acceptance prior to acceptance close date so that you can be transferred into your preference and discontinued from your current program. Any course enrolments in place under your current program will also be withdrawn at the time of processing your transfer. Revised CoE(s) will be sent to you. If you do not return the signed offer acceptance, it will be assumed that you do not wish to continue the application and you will remain in your current program.
If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notifying you of the outcome. You will remain in your current program.
