Change your campus

It is possible for students to change the campus of study; however the process varies by program and type of student.

Domestic Undergraduate

To stay in the same program but change campus, most students can complete this process in myHub.

There are some exceptions:

  • Bachelor of Medical Science/ Doctor of Medicine (Joint Medical Program) or Bachelor of Midwifery – apply via UAC.
  • Bachelor of Nursing - Instructions on how to submit a request to change campus for the Bachelor of Nursing can be found in AskUoN.

How to change campus

  1. Log in to myHub, select Enrolment and then My Academics
  2. Select Change Campus
  3. Choose the new campus from the drop-down menu
  4. Submit change.

You can change your campus of study via myHub from the end of the exam period of the current term through to the end of the first week of the next semester.

Domestic Postgraduate Coursework

To change your campus please email admissions@newcastle.edu.au.

International

  • This form must be completed when applying to transfer from one program to another program or between campuses.
  • You can also use this form to apply to transfer from Newcastle Australia Institute of Higher Education (NAIHE) in Singapore to study at an onshore or online campus.
  • To transfer between programs at NAIHE or to transfer from an Australian or online campus to NAIHE please contact Singapore Admissions team (E: Singapore-Admissions@newcastle.edu.au)
  • Please allow 10-12 business days to process your application.
