Central Coast Campus Activities
The Central Coast Campus initiatives aim to strengthen student engagement, connection, and campus life through a range of fun, inclusive, and practical activities. Focused on improving the student experience, these projects address social connection and enhance the vibrancy of the Ourimbah, CCCSRI, and Gosford campuses.
Throughout Q1, 2025, the team delivered a series of campus activation events—such as pop-up food trucks, bars, student pantries, survival stations, and trail mix stations—engaging students entirely through face-to-face interactions. Feedback gathered through SFUN surveys and at events highlighted increased student satisfaction, improved campus atmosphere, and greater attendance at UNSA-supported activities. To further strengthen engagement, a casual staff member was employed to coordinate events and drive targeted social media promotion, helping boost visibility and attendance across campuses.
These initiatives have successfully enhanced food offerings, social connection, and campus activation, contributing to a more dynamic and welcoming environment for students on the Central Coast. By partnering with UNSA, Student Comms, and external vendors, the projects have ensured that students feel more engaged, supported, and connected to their university community.
