How to calculate course fees
Follow the step below to manually calculate your course fees. If you're not sure which fee type applies to you see Fees.
Domestic Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP)
All new domestic undergraduate students are eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP), with a smaller number of places in the University’s postgraduate degrees eligible for this support as well. You'll still need to pay part of the cost and this is called your "student contribution".
How to calculate your student contribution
- Select a degree.
- On the individual degree page select 'View program handbook'.
- In the program handbook scroll down to 'Program requirements' - this will tell you the total number of units you need to complete.
- Below this will be 'Program structure' - expand it to view the course codes .
- Use the chart below to calculate the total cost based on the course codes and number of units required. 80 units typically represent one year of standard full-time study.
