LDTI Service Cut-offs

Planning Course Content for 2027

To be able to support academic colleagues across the university we have implemented support access deadlines. To ensure you can receive support from the LDTI team prior to course delivery for 2027, please ensure you keep in mind the below dates.

We encourage colleagues to get in touch as early as possible to ensure we are able to support your requests.  

Requests received after the service cut-off will be considered and prioritised based on LDTI capacity.

Semester and Trimester 1 2027

15 October 2026 - LTS Commence course release process*

06 November 2026 - Deadline for:

  • Requests of alternate versions for course copy and merged locations
  • Course development requests**
  • Video recordings**

Two weeks prior to term start - Canvas courses with assigned Course Coordinators released.

Important:  Anticipate a one-week delay for on-demand support and course edit requests. 

*  Approximate date provided. Courses will be copied from the most recent offering of the same term type and locations merged as per previous offering.
** Large course development and video projects recorded after this date will not be guaranteed to be delivered by the beginning of term.
