Creative Arts
Our creative area programs teach music, drama, scenography and performance design, film making, sound and radio, digital journalism, strategic communication, public relations and immersive and interactive storytelling. Expertise also includes visual design, virtual reality, game art, animation and illustration. Our academic experts engage students through three main degree programs.
- The Bachelor of Media and Communication degree integrates intensive practical experience and industry opportunities, preparing students for a range careers that contribute to cultural enrichment and commercial success.
- The Bachelor of Visual Communication Design degree focuses on animation, interactive media, graphic design, illustration or creative arts within diverse contexts including virtual reality, games, mobile apps and web content, cinema, television, branding, marketing and the publishing industry.
- Our Bachelor of Music and Performing Arts prepares students to become performance artists, songwriters, composers, directors, producers, scenographers, theatre experience makers and teachers, enabling them to take on diverse professional roles. The distinctive music programs at The Conservatorium not only host an innovative suite of events each year but also help train the musicians of the future.
