To show our appreciation we are giving a free drink and a small gift to everyone who fills in a Library Survey. Plus, your name will go in the draw to win a bluetooth speaker or wireless earphones or a $50 gift card.

To get your drink: Please enter your name and email address below, then pick up your drink voucher from any of the Service Zones in the Auchmuty, Huxley, Ourimbah, Newcastle City, Sydney or Port Macquarie Libraries.

Enter the major prize draws (for the speaker or the earphones or the $50 gift card) by writing your name and contact details on the back of your voucher. When you have picked up your drink drop the voucher into the entry box.

Off-campus/Online Only students will have an entry placed in the draw on your behalf if you check the 'Off-campus' student box on the form below.

Singapore Campus Students will have an entry placed in the draw on your behalf if you check the 'Singapore student' box on the form below
