Come and explore the vibrant atmosphere of The University of Newcastle's Callaghan Campus in Australia. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to get a firsthand experience of our beautiful campus.
Our tours run from 10:00 AM. Tours will commence from the Wabi Sabi cafe located opposite the V Building (V), which is located at the heart of the campus near the Maths Bus Stop on Ring Road.
During the tour, our Student Ambassadors will take you to the various facilities and landmarks, showcasing the state-of-the-art classrooms, modern libraries, cutting-edge research centers, and stunning outdoor spaces.
Whether you are a prospective student, a parent or carer, or simply curious about our university, this tour will give you an insight into the vibrant campus life and the endless opportunities that await you at The University of Newcastle.

Frequently asked questions
We will be able to walk tour groups around the outside of the Student Living precinct. Unfortunately due to room capacity we are unable to show tour participants inside individual rooms. Virtual room tours and images are available online
Callaghan Campus is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know prior to the campus tour of requirements you may have via futurestudents@newcastle.edu.au so our team can best assist you on the day.
Tours of Callaghan, NUspace and the Q Building campuses can occur on the same day. If you are interested in a tour of both the Newcastle and Central Coast campuses, you will need to register for two different tour dates. Please visit our Campus Tours webpage for further details.
