The Executive MBA will provide you with the fundamentals of executive strategy and business management with an action learning-based approach. It will build on your professional experience adding greater depth to classroom discussions by sharing work challenges and solutions, helping you to flourish in a collaborative learning environment.
The eight courses in the Executive MBA comprised of intensive workshops across 13 months, provide an immersive learning experience. Although the eight courses are considered to be full time, the Executive MBA can be completed while working. Assignments will involve work-integrated projects that are relevant to your current organisation, while supporting your learning in each of the eight courses:

The Executive MBA is an Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML) pathway partnership providing membership of the IML for graduates.
With an emphasis on work integrated projects and the support of leading experts and practitioners, the teaching approach will assist your dual goals of developing your skills, while providing value to your organisation.

All potential participants will be required to attend an interview and submit an Admission Writing Task which will assist in establishing whether potential participants are committed to, and prepared for, this type of MBA program.

It is expected that organisational sponsors will spend approximately four hours per course with EMBA participants to assist their development and completion of work integrated projects.
The EMBA program is available to domestic participants only and intake will be by cohort with the intention that participants will be sponsored by their employer to attend. Sponsorship may take the form of funding and/or time off for study.
All potential participants will be required to attend an interview to help establish whether potential participants are committed to, and prepared for, this type of MBA program. The purpose of these items is to ensure that the EMBA program details and expectations are clear for all parties. Please see the Interview and Writing Skills Rubric for further information.
All Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the University’s English proficiency requirement. Further information regarding English language proficiency requirements can be found at the English Language Proficiency for Admission Policy here.
Applicants for this program must satisfy a minimum English Language Proficiency Standard equivalent to an IELTS overall minimum of 6.5 with no subtest result below 6.0.
