AccessAbility
Students with a disability
- If a student has a temporary, permanent or fluctuating disability or is the primary carer of someone who has a disability.
- If a student has a medical condition which impacts their ability to study.

Safety and Security
- If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 000 first. Then call Security. They'll ensure the emergency service reaches you wherever you are on campus

Program Advice
- You think the student may benefit from taking a break from study
- Student wants advice about their specific degree pathways

Health Service
- Student wants any health-related examination or advice.
- Patients covered by Medicare can be bulk billed.

Chaplaincy
- Student wants to speak with someone who identifies as having a religious affiliation.
Chaplains will speak with any member of the community regardless of faith or none. Where there are ethical issues, it can be very consoling for a student to speak with a chaplain. Our chaplains are from various Christian denominations, Muslim, Sikh or Baha’i.

Indigenous engagement
- You’re not sure what is culturally appropriate for a student who identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

International Student Support
- Student is unclear about visa requirements
