Change your enrolment
While UON offers a huge variety of courses, you can generally only enrol in those that contribute to your program. If you wish to enrol in a courses outside your program, you will likely need to pay full fees upfront.
For information on courses that contribute to your program, refer to your Program Plan and your Program Handbook.
If the course you are looking to add to your program will assist you in eventually graduating, you can change your enrolment in myHub through myUni.
Options for changing your enrolment are listed below:
Prove you're enrolled
If you need to prove you are enrolled as a student at UON, you can request a Verification of Enrolment letter.
The letter details your name, date of birth, student number, program of study and full or part-time status for the current year. Your letter cannot be modified to include additional information.
You can purchase a Verification of Enrolment letter for a $20 fee through the Student Payments system. You may be eligible for a fee waiver if you are requesting the letter for a Government organisation or another University – contact Student Central for more information.

Change or drop courses
You can add to or change your enrolment through myHub until 11:59 pm on the Friday of week two of any semester or trimester. If you are dropping a course, you must do this in myHub. Simply removing the classes in myTimetable is not enough.
After Week 2, you can apply for late enrolment, although you will need your Course Coordinator’s approval and signature and to have lodged your form before the Census date.
You'll receive an email letting you know if you are successful.
