Stress Less Workshop for the Neurodivergent Peer to Peer Program
Join us for an empowering peer to peer workshop tailored specifically to assist neurodivergent students to manage stress effectively. Learn practical strategies and gain valuable insights to navigate the end of the semester with confidence. Expect a half-hour of interactive discussion and a half-hour to catch up with peers. Neurodivergence usually refers to neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Tourette's Syndrome. However, individuals may identify as being neurodivergent without a diagnosis, because they think, behave or interact in ways that are different from what is seen as "the norm".
