Nomination requirements

Nominations must:

Identify which assessment criterion or criteria the nomination addresses.
Describe the opportunity, challenge or barrier that was addressed.
Demonstrate the impact achieved, including the outcomes and difference made for staff, students, the University or the wider community.
Provide evidence of impact (e.g. measurable outcomes, participation or engagement data, improved access, increased representation, policy or practice change, stakeholder feedback, or broader organisational influence).
Include activities that are in excess of what would normally be expected in the performance of the nominee's duties.
