Nomination requirements
Nominations must:
- Identify which assessment criterion or criteria the nomination addresses.
- Describe the opportunity, challenge or barrier that was addressed.
- Demonstrate the impact achieved, including the outcomes and difference made for staff, students, the University or the wider community.
- Provide evidence of impact (e.g. measurable outcomes, participation or engagement data, improved access, increased representation, policy or practice change, stakeholder feedback, or broader organisational influence).
- Include activities that are in excess of what would normally be expected in the performance of the nominee's duties.
