Booking and Training

Registration for Training

Follow the steps below to register with the EMX unit for training.

Complete the online registration form located at EMX Booking page. You will receive a confirmation notice when your registration has been processed.
Download the EMX Unit Access and Subscription form (DOC 45 KB).
Fill it in and return to Dave Phelan via email. Students will need to have their supervisor sign and date the form.
When the form is received you will receive notification of a training session for an OH&S induction and to discuss your project.

Equipment Bookings

Trained users can make bookings through the EMX booking system.

Users in training should email a request for a booking to emxray@newcastle.edu.au. Staff will then organise a training booking and a confirmation email will be sent.
