NUbots
The NUbots team have qualified for RoboCup 2019 and preparations are in full swing, view the qualification video below. RoboCup 2019 will be held in Australia this year at the new Convention Center in Sydney's Darling Harbour with about 3000 participants and 5000 robots expected from over 40 countries.
Researchers from the Newcastle Robotic Lab are supporting UNSW together with several other universities in organising the competition.
Attached to the competition is a scientific robotics conference, the RoboCup Symposium, with University of Newcastle academics participating as the local organising chair and program co-chair.
