Mika Koelma, alumna of The University of Newcastle and participant in I2N’s Accelerator cohort 2022, is a cofounder of Hey Zomi, creators of Australia’s first reusable menstrual disc.

At I2N’s Startup Stories at I2N Hub Honeysuckle on Wednesday 2nd of August, Mika shared how they were able to create an exceptional menstrual solution that embodies innovative femtech design and brings empowerment to all people that use them.

Mika shared that their vision has always been about giving menstruators the power to have periods on their terms, embrace the flow and live unapologetically.
