Welcome Mrs. Behnaz Rahmatamand BHP PhD scholarship recipient.

Behnaz Rahmatamand is a Chemical Engineer with demonstrated experience in process engineering and energy technologies. Behnaz's PhD project is focused on the interaction between coke and ferrous burden materials in low carbon iron making process. Supported by BHP this project will involve both experimental and modelling work, aiming to improve our understanding of the changes in reaction chemistry in hydrogen reduction blast furnace and the implications for coke quality requirements in low-carbon blast furnace ironmaking.
