Creation and storytelling at the heart of a startup

Wednesday, 17 August 2022

Sheda means 'to create' in Yoruba, a South-Western Nigerian language, and Oyem Ebinum has placed creation and storytelling at the heart of his mission to engage with community and technology to improve health outcomes for people and planet. Although working with designers, strategists and engineers to build innovative digital platforms, he is driven by conversation and connection with others to generate the best possible results from all of Sheda's projects.

At I2N’s Startup Stories at the I2N Hub Honeysuckle on Wednesday 17 August, Oyem shared how he began and then nurtured his startup career to found Sheda - a company that aligns with his life mission by making positive impacts on community health.

Sheda is a design-led product development company developing solutions across web and mobile platforms. Sheda collaborates with health and social care practitioners to design and deliver digital products to help improve health outcomes for people and planet.
