Top Takeaways

  • You need to get out there and test who your market is – as the founders, it is important for you to be the people testing this and continuously validating that.
  • If you don’t think about the end user of the product and their experience using your product, you can’t be successful, because you probably aren’t building what people want.
  • Innovation comes from hiring people who are passionate about what you are doing and letting them run free.
  • It is important to understand that although you may have a market in Australia – there is the potential that your biggest market could be overseas.
