From March 28 to April 1, 2015, the School of Medicine and Public Health is hosting a joint Conference of the Australian & New Zealand Association for Health Professional Educators (ANZAHPE) and the Asian Medical Education Association (AMEA), in Newcastle.

The themes for this year's combined Conferences are:

ANZAHPE: Stakeholder Engagement in Health Professional Education and

AMEA: New Directions in Patient-Centred Medical Education.

Please visit the Call for Abstracts page of the conference website to view more details.

This is the first year that delegates from both Conferences will come together and the first time that AMEA has been held outside an Asian country.

Early bird registrations open on Monday 29 September, 2014. In the meantime, fill out the Expression of Interest form on the ANZAHPE/AMEA 2015 website to be kept up to date with information regarding the Conference.
