The merging of our Faculties into Colleges encourages greater multidisciplinary collaboration and improved processes.

Effective from the beginning of 2021, our University's five Faculties have been merged into three Colleges. This change was made to encourage greater multidisciplinary collaboration, improve processes and operating efficiencies, and contribute to the long-term financial sustainability of the University.  The three new Colleges are:

  1. College of Engineering, Science and Environment (previously the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, and Faculty of Science)
  2. College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing (previously the Faculty of Health and Medicine)
  3. College of Human and Social Futures (previously the Faculty of Business and Law, and Faculty of Education and Arts)
