Renewing and returning

Renewing your items
Loans can be renewed in person at any Library Service Zone during opening hours, or online through your MyLibrary account.
If you have any questions or are experiencing extenuating circumstances please contact the Library for support.
- Log in to your MyLibrary account to see a full list of your current loans, holds and requests.

- It is your responsibility to ensure the items have been renewed successfully
General collection items will be automatically renewed up to 5 times, 2 days before the due date, as long as the item has not been recalled.
If an item cannot be automatically renewed, you’ll receive a courtesy email 2 days before the due date, reminding you to return it to the Library.
You are guaranteed at least 14 days with general collection items.
If another patron places a hold, your item may be recalled, and you must return it by the new due date.
You will be notified via your student/staff/guest email with the recalled item’s due date.
Items that cannot be renewed include:
- Recalled items
- Equipment and technology loans
- Course reading loans
- Items already renewed 5 times
