R U OK? Day is a reminder that simple conversations and social connections can make a meaningful difference. Join us across Newcastle and The Central Coast for opportunities to connect, check in with yourself and others, and learn more about the wellbeing support available at the University of Newcastle. Whether you stop by a R U OK? Day Station, get creative at Create and Connect, or participate in one of our wellbeing programs, every conversation matters.

Build practical skills for managing stress through an interactive virtual reality training program.
