What you will study
This is a 40-unit postgraduate coursework program completed over 1 year part-time. You will complete 20 units of core courses, and 20 units of courses from the course list.
This program provides theoretical and practical skills through a range of courses including:
- Understanding tertiary contexts
- Quality teaching
- Using ICT for teaching and learning and decision making
- The scholarship of teaching and learning including researched theoretical underpinnings.

Note: Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the University of Newcastle’s English Language Proficiency requirements.

- An Australian or New Zealand citizen (including dual citizens)
- A permanent resident of Australia
- A holder of a permanent Australian visa.
