New applications
Once you have reviewed the Resources information please follow the steps below. Note: handwritten or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Step 1
Complete the Honorary Academic Appointment Application Form and ensure you sign Section 9 using a PDF signature to ensure the form remains in electronic format. If you are applying for a Clinical Conjoint title ensure Section 14 has been endorsed by Head of Discipline/Clinical Dean or HMRI Program Lead (see resource document Application Endorsement).
Step 2 (Clinical Conjoint applications only)
Complete the Supplementary form for the school you are applying to:
Ensure that it has been endorsed by Head of Discipline/Clinical Dean or Leader, HMRI Research Program (see resource document Application Endorsement).
Step 3
Email to the following documents to the relevant school1:
- Completed application form;
- Completed Supplementary Form (endorsed by Discipline Lead, Clinical Dean or HMRI Program Lead), relevant to Clinical Conjoint applications only;
- Current Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Certified copies of qualifications2
