Strengthening global partnerships

By partnering with other universities, civic organisations, industry and philanthropists our research contributes to solving global challenges; we broaden global experience opportunities for our students; and we strengthen globally engaged teaching.  Our partnership with the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP)  delivers cooperative and sustainable solutions to complex challenges faced by Pacific Island communities – it’s one of the many examples of how our global partnerships are helping communities across the world to build resilience.

Our Global Academic Champions connect our  priority partners with academic staff in relevant disciplines; working closely with the College of Engineering, Science and Environment Global team to build upon and nurture our partnerships.
