Our Team

Our dedicated and passionate team is based within the College of Engineering, Science and Environment. We work closely together to design and deliver engaging science shows, partnering with schools and community groups to ensure each experience runs smoothly. Our team includes both permanent staff and university students who bring their knowledge, energy and expertise to every program.

The SMART team brings together a diverse range of STEM disciplines and experiences, including Engineering, Environmental Science, Physics and Chemistry. With strong representation of women across our team, we are passionate about showing young people- particularly girls, that there is a place for them in STEM.

We are also committed to increasing access to high-quality STEM experiences for underrepresented students in lower socioeconomic communities across regional NSW. By sharing real pathways and experiences, we aim to inspire curiosity, confidence and a strong sense of belonging for all students.
