Room types and fees
The University of Newcastle offers affordable student accommodation with fees in 2025 ranging from $217.68 – $472.83 per week while the market rate for similar housing is estimated at up to $535 per week.
When you live on campus, you receive more than just a bed to sleep in at night or a hot meal at the end of a day. We provide services like access to wifi, general cleaning, utilities such as electricity and water usage, 24/7 security, and wellbeing and support services. All of which are included as part of our commitment to providing an outstanding student experience.
