Other fees

To help you with cost planning we have listed other Student Living fees and charges below:

Fee payable during application:

• Accommodation application fee - $100.00 (non-refundable).

Fees payable to accept your offer:

• Room deposit* - Equivalent to four weeks of room fees (refundable and reviewed at the end of your stay).
• Room fees in advance - Equivalent to 2 weeks of room fees.
• Community Levy - $535 - full year and $375 - single semester.
• Linen Pack (Optional) - $165 - includes sheets, a pillow, pillowcase, quilt cover, quilt and towel.
  This can be purchased from Student Living reception.

Your Room Deposit may also be used to offset fees you may owe to the University (e.g. library fines or tuition fees etc.). All unused Room Deposit will be refunded back to you.}
