Research students

The UONDRH welcomes enquiries from recent graduates or experienced practitioners who are considering enrolling in a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) program [Master of Philosophy (MPhil) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)].

Reducing the disparity in health outcomes between metropolitan and rural and remote regions is a high priority. The UONDRH aims to recruit HDR students who are interested in research relevant to health care practice and health professional education in a rural and remote context. Topics should align with the UONDRH Research Strategy.

The UONDRH can provide research student supervision and may be able to assist with scholarship applications or other forms of financial support.
