Junior Activities Days

The Northern Inland Academy of Sport (NIAS) conducts junior activity days, encouraging children of various ages to make healthy lifestyle choices and develop exercise habits around sport.

Medical and allied health students can volunteer to assist with the co-ordination of the activities and provide education to participants.
