International Placement
BUSN3500 – International Work Placement in Business
Offered in: Midyear Session 2026
BUSN3500 provides the opportunity to complete an international 140-hour supervised placement through trusted Third-Party Providers. Destinations may include Japan, China, Indonesia, Spain, South Africa, the UK, and Vietnam. Students gain global experience, expand professional networks, and build international employability.
International students may return to their home country during break periods to undertake a placement organised through an approved Third-Party Provider.
How to apply
- Log in to SONIA → FORMS → add “International Placement Application”.
- Complete all fields and provide required documentation.
- Submit a placement application to your chosen Third-Party Provider.
- Allow 2–6 months for approval and arrangements.
Domestic students can join a group placement trip led by an NBS academic during summer or winter break.
