The Level 3 meeting room seats eight people and is fully equipped with integrated technology, two 55” AV screens, microphones, speakers and cameras and has full Zoom enabled PC capabilities.
Venue Hire
This Meeting room is equipped with video conferencing capabilites, with an over head microphone in the ceililng, 55'' AV Screen, Video Camera and power connections to charge your laptos.
You will have access to the University of Newcastle Conference wi-fi. Please check with venuesandevents@newcastle.edu.au for the current password.
Should you require a space to be set up in a specific layout, you will need to make a request at least fifteen business days prior to your event via email to venuesandevents@newcastle.edu.au.
We will provide virtual support to assist with AV set up if needed. Onsite Security team members can provide first aid and assist in the case of an emergency. They can be contacted on 4921 5888. If you need to contact the Venues and Events team, please call 4921 6759.
