The campus is centrally located in the region with free parking, close to the M1 motorway and within walking distance from the Ourimbah train station.
The university is focussed on connecting with the local community with spaces for festivals, markets, expos or community workshops available during semester and smaller classroom spaces in off peak hours.

Lecture theatres and classrooms
The University of Newcastle has a great variety of lecture theatre and classrooms available for hire. Many of the rooms have the very latest technology and have been refurbished. We have spaces that range in capacity from 20 to over 300 persons available for your hire.
Outdoor spaces
Ourimbah campus boasts many outdoor spaces that are available for you to hire. Our multi purpose space, The Quad, is located right at the front entrance of the University’s main entry directly in front of cafes and the Ourimbah Library. The spaces works great for activating your business, markets and stalls, community events and barbecues.
