Lyngo's AI receptionist lets no opportunity go unanswered.
Cameron Moore, Alumnus of The University of Newcastle and co-founder of Lyngo AI, is revolutionising healthcare communication with an AI-powered receptionist solution that's transforming how medical practices handle patient engagement.
At I2N's Startup Stories at I2N Hub Honeysuckle on Wednesday 5th of February, Cameron shared how his journey from fixing iPhone screens at age 16 led to creating an innovative AI solution that addresses the critical problem of missed calls in healthcare clinics – where over 50% of patient calls go unanswered.
Cameron shared that their vision has always been about enabling seamless healthcare communication, developing an AI receptionist that provides 24/7 phone support and integrates directly with Practice Management Systems to handle all telephonic tasks traditionally managed by human receptionists.
