Update your bookmarks – Library links are changing!
If you have bookmarked forms for library questions, course materials assistance, copyright advice or similar then now is the time to update your bookmarks.
The Library has joined other University teams on ServiceNow, a digital platform for managing requests and support. We have moved some of our most commonly used forms onto the platform and will gradually transition more. This will help us process requests more efficiently, including easily sharing information between teams.
This means the forms look a little different and their URL (web address) has changed.
If you have bookmarked the current link, you’ll need to update it.
You can also access these links from the Help and Information page where you will find the Library Chat and other options to get in touch.
