Gosford Hospital Library spaces and facilities
- There are both collaborative and quiet study spaces in the Library Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Study spaces are available outside of Library hours on Level 6 in the Student Hub.
Computers - A limited number of University PCs and loanable laptops are available in the Student Hub (Level 6) and the Library (Level 7).
Students and staff can log on to computers using their student or staff ID and password. Or you can connect your own laptop to a monitor via the USB-C cable provided (which will also charge your device).
- Connecting to Wifi: Use the Library's wireless facilities and wired access docking stations to connect your personal device to the network. Visitors can connect to the internet via the UON_Guest or the eduroam network.
- Printing and photocopy facilities are available in the Library, managed by UON IT services
- A CCLHD StaffLink account is issued to medical students on clinical placement and allows access to the CCLHD network. StaffLink accounts are monitored and managed by eHealth not the University.
- Food and drink facilities - Students can access the kitchen within the Student Hub on Level 6. Facilities includes microwaves, a sink, and hot/cold taps. Additionally, Level 6 has several cafes, including Cook & Granger and the Roastery, which feature a range of healthy food and snack options. Vending machines are accessible on Level 8. You are welcome to eat and drink in the Library, but please remain respectful of the space and the needs of other users.
