Soul Song Newcastle Show
A choir stands in a semicircle holding sheet music while a conductor leads from a music stand in front of a dark curtained backdrop.
Homegrown anthems. Pop classics. Songs we all know and love.
Get ready to celebrate the incredible music of Australia and New Zealand as Soul Song Choirs put our own unique spin on the songs that have become the soundtrack of our lives.
From iconic rock anthems and unforgettable pop hits, to soulful favourites and songs that instantly transport you back to a particular time and place, Hits From Home is a celebration of the music that has come from our own backyard.
Expect fresh arrangements, big harmonies, plenty of energy and the unmistakable Soul Song sound as our singers breathe new life into some of the greatest and most loved songs written by Australian and New Zealand artists.
Whether you grew up with them, danced to them, sang along to them in the car, or discovered them somewhere along the way, these are songs that belong to all of us.
So come and celebrate the artists, the songs and the memories that have shaped the soundtrack of our lives. You never know, you might even find some new favourites that you haven’t heard before!
Hits From Home — music from our backyard, sung by voices from our community.
