You’re invited to the Three Minute Thesis Final
They say that, on average, it would take nine hours to present an eighty thousand-word thesis to an audience. Our competitors have just three minutes.
The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) final celebrates the exciting research conducted by our PhD Candidates. In just three minutes, using only a static slide, participants present their research – what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, and why.
This year, the presentations are being delivered virtually and you’re invited to vote for your favourite in the 2020 People’s Choice category.
The 15 finalists’ video presentations will be live on the 3MT website from 10am on Wednesday, 19 August.
Voting will be open for 24 hours with the award ceremony live streamed on Thursday 20 August at 2pm.
