Startup Stories - Jo Hardie (Spewy)

This event was held on Wednesday 5 April 2023

Jo Hardie is founder of Spewy, a company which has created Australia's first absorbent, waterproof mats that protect clothes, bed, surfaces and bodies from 'spew'. Saving loads of washing, Spewy mats have proved to be a game changer for parents and carers of young children worldwide.

In this event, Jo will share her journey as an entrepreneur, the challenges she faced and the lessons she learned along the way. Get an inside look into the world of entrepreneurship and learn how to turn your ideas - and challenges - into a thriving business.

Join us for Startup Stories to learn how cleaning up after sick kids led Jo to discover an essential parenting item was missing from the market, and hear how within just a few short years she broke into the competitive parenting industry to turn her innovative idea into a business that just keeps on growing.

Event is free but registration is essential.
