5 puzzle pieces connected in a cross shape with text, Integrity, Ethics, Conduct, Honesty and Truth
Join us for our final REI Roundtable of the year where we bring together experts from across the institution to share their insights into the challenges and opportunities we face in the ethics and integrity space.
Industry engagement is crucial for advancing research and innovation. However, it also presents unique challenges to maintaining research integrity. This session will cover key principles and practical strategies to ensure ethical and transparent collaboration with industry partners.
We will meet on Tuesday 29 October from 1 -2.30pm as we discuss how to navigate this emerging space, including potential conflicts of interest and how to manage them, establishing clear agreements and expectations, ensuring transparency and accountability, and protecting intellectual property and confidential information.
Hosted by Director of Research Ethics and Integrity Dr Jodie Marquez and Dr Rebecca Dyson, Senior Manager REI, this session is your opportunity to engage and hear from SMEs and Leaders committed to best practice when engaging with Industry Partners and undertaking research.
