Let's Talk Reform
We Gotchu Girl is collaborating with the University of Newcastle’s Centre for Law and Social Justice to host an information and conversation evening where we discuss law reform for sexual violence victims. Whether you are the victim or know a victim or purely have an interest in legislative reform - this evening will address potential initiatives that may change the path to justice.
This panel will take the form of a holistic discussion about law reform for sexual violence victims, more specifically independent legal representation, specialist courts, and gaps that perpetrators use to evade consequence.

- Jodie Scanlon
- Shona Keating, and
- Sophie Wheeler.
All panellists will have the opportunity to discuss their opinions, whether they agree or disagree with the proposed initiatives, and ultimately contribute to a fruitful conversation that our communities need to have more often.
