POSTPONED - HPREP: Economic Evaluations

The University of Newcastle (via Research Advantage) in collaboration with Hunter New England and the Central Coast Local Health District’s will deliver the Health Professionals Research Education Program (HPREP).
A series of presentations/seminars have been developed to run from March to November in 2020 - providing information and practical advice for our Clinician Researchers, Clinicians, Clinician Managers and Conjoints.
The first of four health specific information sessions will focus on Economic Evaluation and will focus on:
- Why including economic analyses in your evaluations of health and medical interventions will facilitate translation of your research
- How to plan for conducting an economic evaluation and how to be an informed commissioner of economic evaluations
- Common economic analysis tools, the different questions they address and associated data requirements
