Meet your presenters: Ken Mahon & Richard Dale
Ken is an experienced professional leader based in Melbourne working in strategic innovation management, new venture creation, and translation and commercialisation of research and innovation. Ken works with a range of early stage ventures as an advisor and has been pivotal in assisting businesses in developing strategy, execution planning and capital raising. His clients include advanced manufacturing, ag tech, Defence and security, cyber security, wealth tech, and immersive technologies businesses. Ken is also a mentor working with accelerator and incubator programs and he is leading the design of venture growth programs for advanced manufacturing and deep technology.
Richard is based in Sydney and has more than 25 years' experience in top-tier management consulting, new venture development, venture capital and R&D engineering. He has extensive experience in growth and transformation for a wide range of Australian and overseas organisations; from large corporations to early-stage technology businesses. He has extensive experience of working with Australian Universities as they consider the best path for developing unique ideas and IP. He has expertise and experience across a broad range of sectors.
