You bring value to your work through your expertise, perspective, experience, and strengths. Confidently articulating your unique edge is a powerful skill for career progression, but it doesn't always come easily.
Delivered in collaboration with I2N, this free, practical workshop will support participants to identify what they uniquely bring to the table.
Experienced facilitator Kate Hines will help participants identify their individual strengths and differentiators, and build confidence to articulate these in professional contexts.
This event is designed with women and non-binary people in mind. It is suitable for participants at any stage of their professional or academic career, particularly those in STEM and STEM-adjacent roles.
