2025 International Conference on Sustainable Cokemaking and Ironmaking (ICSCI 2025)

The International Conference on Sustainable Cokemaking and Ironmaking 2025 aims to facilitate collaboration to identify future research opportunities, and to understand the challenges and opportunities the steel industry is facing as it transitions towards net-zero carbon.
With the global imperative to implement low-emission cokemaking and ironmaking, the University of Newcastle and the ICSCI 2025 Organising Committee, is seizing the opportunity to host academic and industry experts at this international event to exchange knowledge and communicate technological developments in sustainable ironmaking.
The inaugural Conference was held in 2023 and was an outstanding success.
Format
Welcome event, two-day Conference, gala dinner, and two invitation-only site visits.
Abstract Submissions
The Organising Committee welcomes abstract submissions from those wishing to speak at the Conference. Abstracts must be submitted by 30 October 2024 for consideration.
Registrations
Registration for the Conference is just $800AUD for full delegates and $400AUD for students.
Registration will close on February 21 2025.
