Yarning about Respect

Join us during Respect at Uni Week this Thursday to yarn about respect:
- What does respect mean to you?
- How can we contribute to a respectful university culture and develop more respectful relationships?
Yarning is an Indigenous cultural practice that promotes respectful communication in a safe space where everyone is treated equally and can speak without judgement.
Yali Windle, the Library’s Indigenous Engagement Lead and a proud Wiradjuri and Dharawhal Woman, will facilitate a simple weaving practice as we yarn.
When: Thursday, 24 August 10am-12pm
Where: Auchmuty Library Room L326
