The LDTI AI in Action series provides a platform for staff to come together and discuss how they are using GenAI in their teaching, learning, and research. Each 30-minute session includes a brief demonstration and time for Q&A.
Join Jared Staniland (Senior Manager, Delivery and Innovation, Digital Technology Solutions) for an introduction to the Rapid App Development approach.
RAD (Rapid Application Development) is an AI-driven approach designed to help solve business problems more quickly, while still applying the right governance, security and compliance checks.
Applications designed through the RAD are targeted at small, discrete solutions and are best suited to addressing administrative tasks that would benefit from automation.
During the session, Jared will provide a brief demonstration of applications being developed via this approach to support functions such as peer review, practical exam coordination, and student inductions.
