Value Proposition Workshop: Know Exactly Who Your Idea Is For
Value Proposition Workshop
A practical two hour workshop on the Value Proposition Canvas.
Two sessions to choose from, Tuesday 15 September 2026.
✨Most good ideas fail for the same reason. Not because the technology does not work, but because nobody was clear on whose problem it solved and why that person would change what they are already doing.
This workshop looks at that. Over two hours you will work through your own idea, mapping the jobs your customer is trying to get done, the pains that get in the way and the gains they are actually chasing. You will pressure test the assumptions sitting underneath your concept and leave knowing which ones you need to go and check with real people. It is hands on. Bring an idea, however rough, and a pen. You will spend most of the session working rather than listening, with facilitators moving between participants and time set aside to test your thinking against the group.
We run it twice on the same day so you can pick the session that fits around clinic, ward or teaching commitments. The content is identical, so come to whichever suits.
You will leave with:
A completed Value Proposition Canvas for your concept, a clear customer segment you can name and describe, a ranked list of the assumptions most likely to sink you and a practical approach for the conversations that will test them.
Who should come:
- Clinicians,
- Health workers,
- Nurses,
- Researchers
- Health entrepreneurs
No business background needed. Early ideas are genuinely welcome, in fact they benefit most.
