Year 11 Business Plan Challenge

In its 16th year, the University of Newcastle Year 11 Business Plan Challenge has again been a great success with 573 student entries from across the state. After much deliberation, the four finalists have been selected for the grand final presentation on Friday 13 December.
We will be welcoming to our University the following finalists: -
- Shaktivel Aravinthan & Lachlan Kwok from Girraween High School
- Swathi Shanmugam, Omdimo Atapattu, Lisa Cheng, Amjni Verma from St Georges Girls High School, Kogarah
- Will Dakin from St Josephs Regional College (Port Macquaire)
- Joel Ashby from McAuley Catholic College Clarenza
These four finalists will compete against each other on the day vying for a winners prize purse of $2000 for the individual/team, $500 for the school & a further $2000 scholarship for each member of the team.
All runners up will receive $1000 for the individual/team and $500 for their school.
